קבוצה של גיבורים, פצועים ממלחמת חרבות ברזל וגם כמה לוחמים ותיקים יותר, יחד עם שותפים אמריקאים של עמותת "אחים לחיים" יצאו למסע של 4 ימים לאורך השביל האתגרי החוצה את האי הקטן סנטה קטלינה שליד חופי לוס אנג'לס, ממזרח למערב ומצפון לדרום ובלי לפספס ולו גבעה אחת לטפס ולרדת מצידה השני, כשכולנו צועדים יחד, בכיף ובקושי, בידיעה ש"יחד אנחנו מנצחים!"

A group of heroes, some wounded in the Iron Swords War and a few more "veteran" soldiers, along with American partners of the Brothers for Life Foundation, set out on a 4-day trek along the challenging trail that traverses Santa Catalina Island off the coast of Los Angeles from east to west and from north to south, without missing a single chance to climb a hill and descend the other side as we all marched together through the fun parts and hard parts, knowing that "Together we will prevail!"
